|Recommended: YesOpportunities for improvement — When we first arrived, we were disappointed by the quality of our new apartment. There were red stains on the carpet, damaged shelves in the cabinet, leaks in the kitchen faucet, and the lock to the front door would only open with one of our keys and only with much force . As well, the outside of the apartment buildings are rusty and need new paint and repairs.
Having said all this, the manager, Caleb, has been bending over backwards from before we moved in to make sure we are taken care of. We marked that we would recommend living here with the hope that these problems will soon be resolved.
response from property -Hi Christina! Thank you for your honest review. I have submitted a work order with maintenance to take care of the damaged shelves in the kitchen, the leaks with your kitchen faucet, and the lock on your front door. I will keep a close eye on this as well. I hope we can make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible! - Caleb
|Recommended: YesWonderful environment — My neighbors are lovely and friendly. The staff has been patient with my husband and me as we move in. This place has been a fantastic find compared to my previous home. I genuinely recommend moving here.
Thank you so much, Kazjana! We love having you as a resident here at University Courtyard. I hope you continue to enjoy your stay! - Caleb
|Recommended: YesNice and cozy place. — We really enjoy it It is a calm and cozy environment. The apartment itself is well conserved and we like the clean look that it has. Awesome location as well.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment for Newly Married Students — The apartment is very cute, a little small. However it's perfect for two people just starting out for the first few years. I do love that it comes with necessary items for daily functions.
Brooklyn, I am so glad you like your little apartment!
|Recommended: YesMaintenance Could be Better — So far our experience has been awesome Melinda is great and she is very helpful and understanding. However, we were told we couldn't move in until a certain day because they needed to get into the apartments and get everything fixed up and ready for us to move in. When we moved in we were told there was just some painting that needed to be done and then it would be all finished within a couple of days. Additionally when we moved in there were some broken appliances, we reported them on our damage sheet and then submitted work orders. It has been a week and there has been nothing done about any of those things. The laundry room is messy and most of the dryers are out of order. It just means there is greater waiting time between a washing load and getting your load in to the dryer. But overall our experience has been awesome and we would recommend anyone to live here, just make sure you're a patient person when it comes to maintenance Of course we will be writing another review in the coming months, but I mostly wanted to the notification off my dashboard, lol
|Recommended: NoWorst Washing Dryer Situation in rexburg — Please... Dont ever live here for free laundry. Worst Service ever. They never Fix anything. Its like they use the rent money you spend to go out to lunch everyday. They don't care about their residents at all.
|Recommended: YesRating Review — It's a pretty cool place. 10 10 would recommend
Thank you, John!
|Recommended: YesWe think it is very neat, tidy, and homely. — We would tell them that this is a very good starter home for a young couple. Especially those going to school, since the campus is right across the street, just down the street from the temple, and very close to all local stores and restaurants.
|Recommended: YesIt is pretty good. — Nice, quiet, simple.
|Recommended: YesGreat location and very clean — The apartment complex is super close to campus and has enough parking. When I arrived at my apartment it was super clean and didn't have any maintenance issues. It would be nice to have more storage space but besides that it is a great size
|Recommended: YesGreat quality, but too small for price — I loved living here It was close to campus and a good community. Maintenance was awesome and it was well constructed. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors pretty well, even if they're not being very loud. My only real complaint is the expensive pricing for such small apartments and no air conditioning for the summer. Truly, other than that I enjoyed my stay, but the raising prices were just too much.
|Recommended: YesIt’s a very friendly and professional environment. — It’s nice to live alone and come home to a private area plus it’s a little off the road.

|Recommended: YesI enjoy it here — It is nice to be so close to campus on the quiet side. The apartment has everything we need. Management is very nice and helpful. Love the free laundry. Plenty of parking.
Hello Janelle, thank you for your review of University Courtyard. We are glad you like the location and take advantage of our great amenities!
|Recommended: YesShabby, but not too shabby — It is nice. You get what you pay for. It is a middling budget complex, so you get average quality amenities and other things. While the location is great, they dont sweep up leaves on the bottom floors. While the Clubhouse is cool, the ceiling of the walkways outside are rusted and crumbling. While the inside of my apartment is dope and new and clean, the office seems to close early alot.
Hi Drake, thank you for leaving a review. I apologize for not cleaning up the leaves right away! I am glad that you like the location, clubhouse, and inside of the apartment! Hopefully we will be able to get the ceiling/walkways taken care of as soon as possible!
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to live if you need to live close to campus — I think that the university courtyard is a great place to live close to the campus. Especially if you are looking for a more affordable place to live here. The place here is decent, you can hear your neighbors a little bit and the place needs a little updating but besides that it is okay here
