|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — The place is small but all of the appliances work very well, and the apartment has an overall comfortable atmosphere. The landlord is very nice and easy to work with. The maintenance is slow but that's because he also does maintenance for two or more other complexes... so it's understandable.
Thank you so much for your review, Emma! It is much appreciated! :)
|Recommended: NoClose to campus — Its nice if you have apartment 704 because its big and the place is right across from campus
Thank you for your review! 704 is a great apartment and we are glad you enjoyed living there!
|Recommended: NoGreat location, mediocre apartments, poor community. — The only great parts about these apartments are the location to campus, parking, and the apartments are relatively good quality. Other good things the lounge is super nice, a great place to hang out. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures are pretty nice as well. But this place has some critical issues. The people that live here are so selfish and self-centered, taking people's clothes out of the washer mid-cycle, stealing things from the laundry room, not putting their dogs on leashes, not picking up after their pets, etc. The backyard is a warzone of dog feces. Plus, we personally have dealt with insatiable upstairs neighbors who complain about our dog barking while they stomp around and play music and movies as loud as they want. This apartment needs to start holding its residents accountable, some things people do here are just flat out unacceptable. Still, the biggest issue is that the walls are made of printer paper NO PRIVACY WHATSOEVER. I can hear my neighbors going to the bathroom and sometimes their conversations through these walls I am not exaggerating. I wish I could say more good things about this apartment, but I don't have it in me. Our experience here has been extremely subpar.
|Recommended: YesGreat Newlywed Apartments — We have loved living at UC for over a year now. There is just enough space for the two of you, a great inclusive price, and what we love most is the proximity to campus. The management is responsive about issues and concerns when you reach out to them. No place is perfect, so some people might have some gripes, but really it is a quality place to live.
Thank you so much! We really appreciate your feedback!
|Recommended: YesPerfect place for married students — The apartment complex is great We loved living here. The apartment layout is great. A furnished apartment with bed, couch and other furniture is exactly what we needed. It is so close to BYU-I campus literally across the street . This is very nice for students. The free laundry was amazing along with the storage space provided. Having all the utilities provided and it being a flat rate was also a major plus. The management is spectacular and dependable I would highly recommend this apartment.
Hi Shawn! Thank you so much for your review!
|Recommended: YesIts a good value for its location and quality. — It is a good quality apartment that suits our needs and has an excellent location next to campus.
Hi Christopher! Thank you so much for your review. We really appreciate it!
|Recommended: YesSolid Apartment but a bit pricey — It's great to have it so close to campus. You have all the hot water you want and all utilities are included which is really really nice. Biggest complaints are that sometimes people with dogs don't clean up after them out in the snow and the windows are all put on so they're really hard to open and close. Besides that no complaints.
|Recommended: YesNot the worst place ever — Lets be honest, we are all Broke college students looking for somewhere to live that is reasonable in price, distance, size, etc etc. Total price is about 770 per month unfurnished and that includes basically all utilities, sewage, electric, internet and all that. right next to campus across the street from the health center roughly and has a good amount of parking. you can hear your neighbors somewhat... walls are not super thin but also not super thick. size is not bad for just 2 people, within easy walking distance of the chapel and the temple, and the managers current ones as of Jan. 2020 seem to be on top of things and at least i personally have never had an issue with them, they have always been friendly and handled issues pretty quickly IMO.
|Recommended: YesA little pricey but great location — My wife and I love these apartments We have lived in three apartments and these are the nicest looking. It’s a little pricey for only one bedroom but the location is worth it. Right across the street from the Hinckley Building, walking distance from the Temple and our church building, and a straight shot to Walmart. Management has always been willing to help and solve any issues. Would recommend to anyone.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — My wife and I lived at University Courtyard for about a year and a half in total before graduating this past semester. We loved the location being so close to campus. We loved that the utilities and everything was included with the rent each month and there were no surprise charges to worry about.
Hi Tanner, Thank you so much for your review! We really appreciate it!. UC Management
|Recommended: YesGood apartment for newly weds — getting a good parking spot can be hard sometimes but other than that it is a great place to live.
Hi Brennan, Thank you so much for your review. I am sorry to hear about the parking. We are refining our parking rules to ensure that it's easier for residents to be able to park. Watch for our improvement and let us know how we are doing! Thanks
|Recommended: NoLow quality of life with price increase every contract — When guests come over they comment how small the apartment is and their mouths gape when we tell them the price. Parking is sparse when needed, visitors go where they please though we're paying for a spot. Can hear the neighbors quite well if they dare to laugh or participate in marriage quality time. The apartment itself is built in a way to trap dirt and attract spiders. Despite all of this, the rent goes up each contract with no reasoning to be physically seen. The only things going for this place are location, smart managers, and timely kind maintenance. I've had several people tell me they have to move because they cannot afford this apartment anymore. It's just not worth the high price.
