Application Requirements
• Income must be at least 2.5x the base rent amount of the apartment you are applying for.
• Credit Score must be at least 650 or higher.
• Clean background check - no felonies or sex offenders - non negotiable
If applicants can't make the income or credit score - we do have options for applicants to apply with a guarantor who meets the criteria, OR depending on your situation, there is an option for you to pay a double deposit. The double deposit option is contingent on manager approval. Each applicant must pay $35 application fee, which is non-refundable.
