includes information such as the length of the lease, rent amount,
security deposit, and rules and regulations for living in the

- Basic Utility
Package: Monthly flat rate of $65 for water, sewer, WiFi,
garbage & gas.
- Parking: Monthly
rate of $15 per vehicle.*
- Electricity: Not
included in lease. You will make your own electricity account with
Rocky Mountain Power within 24 hours of moving into your
apartment.
*Each apartment
is required to have 1 parking pass to ensure there is adequate
parking for all residents. Even if you don't have a vehicle, we
assign a parking permit to you in the lease to ensure all residents
have equal access to parking throughout the duration of their
lease. There is a 2-vehicle limit per apartment.

your maintenance request ticket.

convenient laundry room on-site with free to operate washers
and dryers.
